  • Undergraduate degree in computer science at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN
  • Previously done research in the areas of virtual reality, music informatics and theory of machine learning
  • Currently focusing on image analysis using deep learning techniques

Current Responsibilities

  • Currently assisting the Implicit Structural Modelling of Geologic Structures project, which aims to model geological structures by interpolating RBF modeled implicit surfaces
  • Also exploring new deep learning techniques to automate 3D protein structure modeling from cryogenic electron microscopy images
