John Melchi oversees operations for the Scientific Computing and Imaging Institute. He has expertise in all aspects of academic research administration including the following functions: finance, human resources, public affairs, government relations, industry relations, IT services, strategic planning, and partnership development. His primary roles at SCI include partnership development, secretary to governing boards, lead for the emerging cyberinfrastructure professional program and advisor to the SCI Director on Institute operations.
